工作(zuo)原理：
Working principle:
防爆(bào)、安全閥作(zuò)為壓縮、易(yì)爆氣體管(guan)道系統中(zhōng)的卸壓裝(zhuang)置📱。當系統(tǒng)壓力大于(yu)表壓力時(shí)，防爆膜片(pian)則自行破(po)裂，安全閥(fa)闆則自行(hang)開啟洩壓(ya)，以防止系(xì)統發生爆(bào)炸☀️，保證生(shēng)産和人身(shēn)安全。
The valve is the unloading device of compress easy-exploding pipe. The slice would break itself and the board would open to release pressure automatically when the system pressure is above meter pressure, which can prevent the explosion and protect the production and person’s safety.
放散(san)閥、放風閥(fá)作為輸送(song)氣體管道(dao)中的特殊(shu)卸壓裝置(zhì)，可以根👣據(ju)系統需要(yào)，經手動控(kòng)制或自動(dong)控制來完(wán)🧑🏾🤝🧑🏼成對管道(dao)系統中氣(qi)體的排放(fang)或補充，其(qí)密封🌂面根(gen)據不同工(gong)況、不同溫(wen)度，可采用(yòng)橡♍膠軟密(mì)封或金屬(shǔ)硬密封形(xing)式。
The discharging air valve and scatter valve is used in the transporting gas pipe system for special discharging device. It can let or supply the gas in the pipe system by manual or automatic control according to the system demand. Rubber soft sealing or metal hard sealing can be adopted in terms of different working condition and temperature.
安裝及(ji)調試：
l 防爆閥(fa)、洩爆閥安(ān)全膜片，安(ān)全閥、安全(quan)閥闆根據(ju)客戶👣系統(tong)💯****安全壓力(lì)而定。使用(yòng)時，必須核(hé)對工況性(xìng)能參數📱是(shi)否與該産(chan)品🏃♂️相符✉️，切(qiē)不可盲目(mu)安裝使用(yòng)。
l 安裝時，清(qing)理安全膜(mo)片、安全閥(fa)闆，不允許(xu)有污垢附(fù)着👣，兩法蘭(lán)連接時，中(zhōng)間需加密(mì)封墊。
l 防爆(bào)、安全閥，保(bao)護動作後(hòu)，必須馬上(shang)更換安全(quan)膜片或🏃♀️檢(jian)查安全閥(fa)闆狀态。
l 防(fáng)爆、安全閥(fa)應随時處(chu)于臨界動(dòng)作狀态，以(yǐ)保護系統(tong)。
l Safety film, safety valve and valve board are decided by the max safety pressure of user’s system. Examine the performance parameters of working condition when operate.
l Clean the safety film and valve board when install and there is no dirt. Add seal cushion between the two flanges.
l Exchange the safety film or check the state of valve board immediately after protecting action is over.
l The installation condition must ensure the safety of the operator and make it easy to operate and observe.
運輸(shu)保管：
Transportation and protection:
l 運輸(shū)時應避免(mian)撞擊閥門(mén)和安全膜(mo)片、安全閥(fá)闆及放風(feng)閥的傳動(dong)裝置。
維護及檢(jian)修：
Maintenance and examination:
l 對密閉狀(zhuàng)況要定期(qi)檢查，及時(shi)更換。
l Check the working condition of the safety valve and anti-explosion valve regularly.
l If the safety film of safety valve and anti-explosion valve is demolished, please exchange the safety film in time after solve the failure.
l Check the actuator of the discharging air valve regularly. Add lubricant to the transmission parts and replace the lubricant grease regularly.
l Check the sealing condition regularly and replace in time.

l Please indicate the type, model and technical parameter (using temperature, working condition of equipment and characteristic of medium etc) referring to the product sample when you place an order.
l The actuator is normal type without any special corresponding accessory if the valve needs transmission device. If you have special demand (anti-explosion and outdoors etc), please indicate it in the contract.
