  This valve is widely used at the top and bottom of store house and carrying port in metallurgical, mining, building material, food, chemical industries etc. It is the ideal equipment to control a great changing flow, to open and close frequently and to stop quickly.

  體腔内設灰(huī)鬥卸料，避免物料(liào)沖擊體腔，延長了(le)使用✌️壽⛱️命，閘闆運(yùn)動由滑輪導向，減(jian)小了運動阻力，操(cāo)作更加靈活、切🈚斷(duàn)快速，特别适用于(yú)各類微帶粘度的(de)固體、粉料及小于(yú)Φ10mm的顆粒料，晶粒料(liao)❤️的輸送及流👨‍❤️‍👨量調(diào)節，安裝不受角度(dù)限制， 能随時調節(jiē)開度。該閥門有手(shǒu)輪和鍊輪兩種操(cao)作形式，I型為手輪(lun)，II為鍊輪🙇🏻。單向和雙(shuāng)向⭐兩🏃🏻種結構形式(shì)，HZD為單向，HZS為雙向。

  There is dust- ladle in body, which prevents body from impacting of material and prolongs the service life. The slide plate is guided by pulley, which reduces motive resistance. The valve is handy to operate, light in weight, non-obstructive and quick to stop. It is suitable to be used to carry all kinds of solid material of little viscosity, particle and crystal particle whose diameter is below 10mm and to adjust the flow. It can be installed at any angle. The position of its gate can be regulated at any time. This valve has two type of operation. One is manual wheel operation; the other is chain wheel operation. TypeⅠ means manual wheel. Type Ⅱ means chain wheel. The valve has two type of construction HZD is signal direction and HZS is double direction.

工作原理：

Working principle

  主(zhu)要由框架、閘闆、絲(si)杆、螺母等零件構(gou)成，人工轉動手輪(lún)使帶動📱絲杆螺母(mǔ)和閘闆作水平方(fāng)向往複運動，達到(dao)啟閉目的。閘闆的(de)運動像刀鍘一樣(yang)能切斷滞留在⛱️灰(hui)鬥上的物料，達到(dao)密封狀态。

  It is made up of frame, slide plate, screw bolt, nut etc. rotate the hand wheel to realize the horizontal reciprocating motion of nut and slide plate and the open-close of gate. The movement of slide plate is like that of hay cutter, which can cut off the material lagging on the dust-ladle and make the valve in sealed state.

Usage explanation:

l  本閥可水平(píng)安裝或垂直安裝(zhuang)，安裝時兩法蘭連(lián)接中間必須加✉️密(mi)封墊片，然後鎖緊(jin)螺栓。

l  操作時手輪(lún)順時針旋轉為閥(fa)關，反之為開，不得(dé)在手輪上再增加(jiā)輔助杠杆。

l  若長期(qī)存放應使設備處(chù)于關閉狀态，各傳(chuán)動部位應🔴加🤩潤滑(huá)油🧡，不允許露天存(cun)放或堆置。

l   It can be installed in horizontal or vertical. Sealing gasket must be put on the connected, then equably tight the bolt.

l   You cannot add assistant lever to the hand wheel. Clockwise turn of hand wheel means the closing of valve, otherwise it means opening.

l   The device should be in the shutdown if the valve-board is placed longer. Driving parts should add lubricated oil. Placing in the open and piling up is not permitted.
