  該(gāi)鐘形卸灰(hui)閥由閥體(tǐ)、錐形閥塞(sāi)、連杆、驅動(dong)裝置等🈚組(zu)成，用連杆(gǎn)拉動閥塞(sai)上下運動(dong)完成啟閉(bi)動作。其🚶‍♀️中(zhōng)X型為橡膠(jiao)軟密封，應(ying)用⛷️于冶煉(liàn)高爐噴煤(méi)系統的⚽煤(méi)粉輸💚送控(kòng)制。W型為閥(fá)㊙️體本體材(cái)料密封，應(yīng)用于除塵(chén)系統塵灰(huī)輸送控制(zhi)。

  This valve is made up of body, cone valve plug, connected pole, driving device etc. The plug drew by the connected pole moves up and down to complete the action of open and close. Type X denotes rubber soft seal, which is applied to carrying control of coal powder in smelt blast furnace gushing coal system. Type W denotes body material seal, which is applied to carrying control of dust powder in removing dust system.

Working principle:

  手動(dong)鐘形卸灰(hui)閥利用力(lì)矩平衡的(de)方法實現(xian)卸灰。當作(zuò)用于錐♍形(xíng)塞上的物(wu)料産生的(de)力矩大于(yú)重錘搖杆(gan)産生的力(li)矩時，錐形(xíng)💃🏻塞打開向(xiang)下卸灰。一(yī)旦積灰卸(xie)去後，重錘(chuí)與搖杆産(chǎn)生的力矩(jǔ)使錐形塞(sāi)迅速關閥(fá)。落料的頻(pín)率及卸灰(hui)量依據工(gōng)況需🔞要來(lái)調整重錘(chuí)位置。

  執行(háng)機構得到(dao)程序指令(lìng)後推動搖(yao)杆使錐形(xing)塞打開向(xiàng)下卸灰，積(jī)灰卸去後(hòu)，依據程序(xu)規定時間(jian)，推杆🌏推進(jìn)✨使錐形塞(sāi)關閉密閉(bi)。執行機構(gou)的推出與(yu)推進都有(you)行程控制(zhi)，同時反饋(kuì)開關信号(hào)。

  The valve realizes discharging using trimming moment. When the moment made by material on cone plug is greater than that of heavy hammer and rocker, the plug will open adown to discharge. After discharge the moment made by heavy hammer and rocker will drive cone plug close quickly. Dropping material frequency and discharge amount is determined by the working condition demand to adjust heavy hammer position.

  Actuator drives the rocker after receives program order, and the rocker drives the plug open adown to discharge dust. Draw stem drives the plug to close according to the program time after discharge. Push and extrusion of actuator are controlled by journey and feed back switch signal at the same time.

l  安裝時請(qing)注意閘門(men)本體上标(biao)明介質流(liú)向，清除内(nei)🈚腔㊙️附着物(wu)。兩法蘭連(lian)接時必須(xū)加密封墊(niàn)片，然後均(jun)勻鎖🔞緊螺(luo)栓。

l  設備在(zài)運行時，請(qing)定期給傳(chuan)動部分加(jia)潤滑油。執(zhí)行部分定(ding)期維護和(he)檢修。

l  若長(zhǎng)期存放應(ying)使設備處(chu)于關閉狀(zhuang)态，各傳動(dòng)部位加潤(rùn)🔞滑油🌈，不允(yǔn)許露天存(cún)放或堆置(zhì)。

l   Pay attention to the direction of medium in valve body. Clean the inner body. Add seal cushion between two flanges connection and screw down bolt

l   Please add lubricant to transmission when equipment is operating and maintain and check the actuator regularly.

l   Add lubricant to transmission part when valve is long stored. It should not be placed or piled up in the open air.
