  鎖氣翻(fān)闆卸灰閥(fa)為上下交(jiao)替開閉，自(zi)動複位機(ji)構。分為：Z為(wei)重錘自動(dòng)複位機構(gòu)，具有運轉(zhuǎn)平穩、節能(neng)，卸灰量大(dà)、小可調，卸(xie)灰、鎖氣可(kě)靠之功能(néng)。C為吊錘自(zi)動複位機(ji)構，具有占(zhan)地面積省(shěng)、節能，卸灰(hui)調節方便(bian)，卸灰、鎖氣(qì)可靠之功(gong)能。B為凸輪(lun)、連杆傳動(dòng)，重量自動(dòng)複位機構(gòu)；D為凸輪、連(lián)杆傳動，彈(dan)簧自動複(fú)位機構，具(ju)有結構緊(jin)湊、設👄計💋合(hé)理、運轉平(píng)穩，卸灰、鎖(suo)氣可靠。是(shì)各種無粘(zhān)度的固體(tǐ)粉料，小于(yú)Φ10mm的顆粒料(liao)，晶體料，團(tuán)狀⚽料，給、卸(xiè)料工況的(de)理想設備(bèi)。Ⅰ型為單闆(pǎn)卸料，Ⅱ型為(wéi)雙闆卸料(liào)。

Type D is the spring automatic replacement machine with transmission of cam and connecting pole, having the features of compact structure, reasonable design, calm operation and reliable discharging and air locking. It is the ideal equipment of all kinds of non-glutinosity, grain less than Φ10mm , crystalloid, block material and supply or discharge of material working conditions. Type Ⅰ is the single disc discharging and type Ⅱ is the double disc discharging.
